Organics Imports Update: Free Online Training Courses
Since the new National Organic Program was released, many customs brokers and their clients have been worried about getting the wrong certifications or not knowing the new regulations. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has since released a resource that will help brokers and clients learn more about the program and walk them through exactly what they need for organic imports.
The USDA’s Organic Integrity Learning Center provides free support and online training resources for continuing education on protecting organic import integrity. They have also added short micro-learnings to the learning center so employees can learn on the job.
Users can register for free through the USDA website and login to access classes at their own leisure.
