Dear Western Overseas Customers,
We wanted to give you an update on where operations stand here at Western Overseas Corporation. Currently, Western Overseas is 100% open and is fully functioning.
In regards to our offices located in areas where Shelter in Place is in effect, please note that our employees are working from home. Western Overseas has the ability to work remotely, so all of our customers’ shipments will continue to be monitored and processed in a timely manner to ensure our customers receive their cargo as soon as possible.
Please know that Western Overseas is diligently keeping an eye on all updates from various government agencies, shipping lines, and carriers, and we will keep everyone updated via our website, social media posts, or you can contact your Western Overseas representative directly.
We take the health and safety of our customers, agents, and staff very seriously and we are abiding by the precautions set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health agencies. Once again, we would like to encourage our customers to send all documents electronically as an added precaution.
