The Chinese New Year is around the corner! This time of year, companies can expect a lot of delays in shipping while Chinese ports are closed. Here’s a timeline of what to expect:
- Factories have already begun slowing down production and taking leave. Operational capacity is decreasing.
- January 28-February 4: Chinese New Year
- Early to Mid-February: Gradual reopening of ports and businesses.
- February 12: The Lantern Festival marks the end of the new year, and a full return to work.
